Featuring one flex half and one rigid half, it is suited for accommodating angular misalignment. The GV52 gear coupling is a vertical single engagement gear coupling modified to accommodate the sleeve-centering assembly and recommended to applications with inclinations over 10 degrees. The Falk Lifelign GV52 Coupling is available in 12 sizes ranging from 1010G through 1070G. The Lifelign GV52 couplings are engineered to accommodate torque loads up to 1,197,000 (lb-in) and shaft diameters up to 14.00 inches.
