Unitized flexible elements for Addax Composite Couplings. All elements are constructed of advanced composite material and stainless steel bushings, and encapsulated in urethane for added protection.
Thomas Classic Round Disc Packs
Classic round-design disc packs for Thomas types AMR & CMR, DBZ, Series 52, Series 54RD, Series 54RDG, and SN couplings. Individual discs are taped together as an assembly to simplify installation. Standard materials are stainless steel and Tomaloy. Other materials available upon request.
Thomas Series 71 (4- & 6- bolt) Disc Packs
Stainless steel disc packs for Thomas Series 71 4- & 6- bolt legacy designs. Features include characteristic slabbed profile for reduced stiffness and improved torque transmission. Individual discs are taped together as an assembly to simplify installation.
Thomas Series XTSR Disc Packs
Unitized disc packs for Thomas Series XTSR couplings. Features include scalloped profile for reduced stiffness and optimized torque transmission. Standard material is stainless steel. Other materials available upon request.
Thomas Tpack-Style Disc Packs
Tpack-style semi-unitized disc packs for Thomas types AMR & CMR, Series 44, Series 52T, and Series 71-8 couplings. Standard materials are stainless steel and Tomaloy. Other materials available upon request.
